员工关爱中心对铁路乘务员抑郁的预防作用

Employee caring center's role in preventing railway conductors' depression

摘要: 为降低铁路运输乘务员的抑郁风险,全面提升乘务员的抗压能力和面对重载任务时的认知行为表现与情绪稳定性,朔黄铁路集团机辆分公司利用乘务员帮助计划(EAP)构建基层员工关爱中心,研发出一套针对铁路运输乘务员的安全生产行为调控实训系统,采用随机对照试验法,收集160名乘务员的数据并进行分析。结果表明:基层员工关爱中心可显著提升铁路运输行业乘务员的情绪稳定性和抗压能力,可补充运输生产风险预控体系中对人为心理因素干预和调控的空白。

Abstract: In order to reduce railway conductors' risks of depression, and comprehensively improve their pressure resistance ability, cognitive behavior and emotional stability in the face of heavy tasks, an employee caring center was established by the rolling stock branch of Shuohuang Railway Group by using EAP, and a safety behavior control system for the conductors was developed. Then, a randomized comparison test was carried out, and 160 employees' data were collected and analyzed. The results show that employee caring center significantly improves the emotional stability and pressure resistance ability of the conductors, and effectively complements the blank of human psychological factors intervention and regulation in transportation production risk pre-control system.
